On March 23, Dr. Matt Willis, Marin’s Public Health Officer announced via video announcement that he is Marin’s 39th confirmed case of COVID-19. In his message, he called on the community to “double down” their efforts to shelter at home and take other measures to limit the spread of COVID-19 in the Bay Area.
