  • The updated 2026-27 COVID-19 vaccine is available at many retail pharmacies, doctor’s offices, and clinics.

 

Influenza (Flu)

  • The 2026-27 flu vaccine is now available at many retail pharmacies. 
  • Kaiser starts vaccine clinics in September.

Retail Pharmacy Vaccination Sites in Marin

Find a pharmacy vaccination location near you using the VaccineFinder tool on Vaccines.gov. Search by age, location, and brand, and the tool will show your options and direct you to book an appointment. 

You can also call 1-800-232-0233 (TTY 1-888-720-7489) for help finding your nearest retail pharmacy offering COVID-19 vaccines.

Primary Care Clinics in Marin

 

Point Reyes and Bolinas Community Health Centers, Petaluma Health Center (formerly Coastal Health Alliance)

  • Patients with private insurance such as Anthem/Blue Cross, Meritage, United Health Care, SCAN have access to COVID-19 vaccines through local pharmacies. We have a small amount of COVID-19 vaccines for patients with Medi-Cal, all children under age 3, and for patients who do NOT have insurance. Please note vaccine supply may change weekly.

Kaiser Permanente

  • Serving ages 6 months and older.
  • Locations: San Rafael Park (on Los Gamos Drive) and Petaluma
  • Open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
  • Walk-ins only.  No appointment required.
  • COVID-19 and flu vaccines are only available to Kaiser members.

Transportation Options for the Homebound and Adults with Disabilities

 

Bay Area Mobile Medical Group

Payment: There is no fee if the patient is eligible for Medicare Part B.

No insurance? There is an out-of-pocket fee of $250, which will be billed after the visit.

Copay will be determined by the insurance. Patient eligibility will be checked before making a schedule. The referring person/patient will be notified for any co-pay.

Kaiser Permanente Members

Members can call Kaiser Permanente’s transportation provider at 1-877-930-1477 (TTY 711) at least 3 business days (Monday through Friday) before an appointment, or as soon as possible for urgent last-minute appointments.

Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)

Is also available through Vivalon with a medical provider’s authorization.

Marin Transit’s Marin Access Mobility Management Center

Provides specialized transportation, including paratransit and medical rides throughout Marin County and other parts of the Bay Area for seniors and individuals with mobility issues.

West Marin Residents

Can obtain transportation information on the Vivalon website.

Contact: 415-755-1800 or email assistedtransportation@Vivalon.org to sign up and schedule a trip.

Residents may also call the West Marin Medical Center: Call 415-663-1082 about possible home visits.

Vaccination Cards

To obtain a copy of your COVID-19 vaccine record, we encourage you to use the Digital Vaccine Record available from the State of California.

If your immunization record needs to be corrected, please contact the provider who administered your COVID-19 vaccination.  If you did not receive vaccinations from Marin County Public Health (MCPH), we are not authorized to make any additions or corrections. If you received your vaccine from MCPH, please visit the Marin Health and Human Services, Immunization Program.

 

 

 


Other Bay Area Locations

Looking for vaccination option outside of Marin County? Many vaccination providers in the Bay Area list appointments in the MyTurn appointment system, operated by the State of California. When you visit the site, you will need to complete a brief eligibility screening. If you are eligible, you will be able to search for vaccination sites by ZIP code and schedule an appointment online.
