COVID-19 and Exercise

We talk a lot about vaccines, testing, masks, and treatment as critical pandemic tools. Today, Public Health Officer, Dr. Matt Willis talks lifestyle. Watch today’s video to learn how vaccines + exercise = powerful protection, and how little bit of regular exercise can go a long way to prevent serious illness and reduce risk of long COVID.

Status Update Will Cover Range of Public Health Priorities

As COVID-19 slowly shifts from pandemic to endemic, Marin County Public Health will continue to inform and educate our community on the most important and timely health concerns facing Marin. This communication will continue to provide COVID-19 updates and be on the lookout for other important Public Health updates on future posts.

Masking is a Healthy Choice

Marin County Public Health has developed new signage for community agencies and businesses to download and post. The image supports evolving masking guidance and shows masked and unmasked individuals together. This reflects the current conditions on our community and the choices made by individuals based on risk. Marin County Public Health encourages masking as a healthy choice for preventing COVID-19 infection. Visit CDPH updated masking guidance to learn more.
