Find time to play outside this weekend
Saturday, November 7 is National Play Outside Day. Staying active is one of the best ways to keep your mind and body healthy. No scheduled event necessary: everyone can benefit by simply going outside and doing something fun. Plus, Marin is blessed to have a network of parks, trails and open spaces to enjoy and explore.
Whether you're taking some time alone or sharing the experience with your household, getting fresh air is good for your physical and emotional health.
While these activities can offer health benefits, it is important that you take steps to protect yourself and others from COVID-19: take your mask and hand sanitizer, and practice social distancing!

**The recovered count decreased by one individual today due to data reconciliation with the state database, which revealed a duplicate entry.
