Booster Vaccine Clinic Launch at Northgate Shopping Center
A special booster dose clinic will begin on Wednesday, September 29 at the Northgate Shopping Center. This announcement comes after the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Western States Scientific Safety Review Workgroup (WSSSRW) recently gave their nod of approval for federal and state authorization for Pfizer-BioNTech booster shots to be made available for specific high-risk populations. The clinic will be for older adults, age 75 & older, who completed the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine series at least 6 months ago. The clinic is intended to ensure booster dose access based on evidence of waning immunity and higher risk of mortality in this age group. Eligibility will expand to 65 & older once booster demand subsides.
If you are eligible for a COVID-19 booster dose you can make an appointment here.
Appointments are strongly encouraged, but a limited number of walk-ins will be allowed each day as supplies permit. Vaccine seekers will need to bring their vaccine card and proof of age (e.g., ID Card).
Please visit our Booster and Third Dose webpage for more information about booster eligibility and a list of additional locations in Marin County offering COVID-19 vaccine booster shots.

Curative and the City of Novato have joined forces to sponsor a free COVID-19 testing kiosk. Testing is one of our community’s most vital resources in preventing the spread of COVID-19. By offering more options for people to get tested, we are bolstering our defense against the Delta variant.
